Tea Time and Sunsets.

Bella enjoyed a tea party with Raggedy Ann. They had tea and some yummy cookies.
Bella certainly had a fun tea time with her big doll.
I caught this beautiful sunset and was amazed at how beautiful the clouds looked!!!!

It went from a orange color to pink as the sun sank farther away. How majestic is your creation O LORD!!!! How mast is the sum of them!

1900's Dress-up!

I caught the kids playing outside all dressed up looking like they had just stepped into England during the 1900's.

Maria and Alex dressed up in an English cricket match uniform that would have been worn when playing.  They did a good job in getting close to the real thing.

Julia in her wide brimmed hat, gloves, and dress also looks the part of an onlooking spectator for the game of that time.

I believe that Tony was Indiana Jones and Nick was a traveling friend. You all looked really great!!!!!

Happy Anniversary Papa and Busie Pt.2!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We played for our grandparents anniversary party. We do a variety of music from rock'n roll to polkas.

Happy 50th Anniversary Papa and Busie!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We surprised our grandparents with a 50th Wedding Anniversary party. With them knowing nothing about it, we came to the hall the night before to decorate and to set up our equipment.
It was fun to see all of our decorations come together.
The next day, we went to church with them.
There they renewed their vows, what a blessing to see how a long marriage can be such an covenant example to others.

Bella and Lucas helped bring down the things needed for the Lord's Supper.

All the grandchildren( with the exception of our cousins who live in Oregon) around their grandparents.
Papa and Busie with their children.
We went to our Aunt Brenda's house to have breakfast. We enjoyed a brunch of homemade muffins, egg bake, fruit, juice, and also the fun bubbly feeling that in a few hours they would be totally surprised!

 Nick and Uncle Dan.
Maria, Tony, and Justen enjoying breakfast.
A stretch limo followed brunch, in which some of the grand-kids went with Papa and Busie on a ride while the rest of us went to the hall.

Inside the limo was awesome looking!!!!

There was a mirror on top of the ceiling in the limo.
They went to a bridge where the "married couple" took some pictures!

Ahhhhhhhhhh...........The kids said that they were tapping the glasses inside the limo like you do at a wedding.

Everyone at the hall, awaiting the arrival.
They were absolutely surprised as they started greeting their guests.

Jordan and Lucas as the party began.
 Tony and Justen fooling around.
 Makayla and Aunt Brenda.

                   We had a delicious dinner!
